Lotki Psotki Auctions

§1 General Information

The website “Lotki Psotki Auctions” is used to organize charity auctions in support of Julia Sławińska.

The fundraising is carried out through the Siepomaga Foundation.

Using the website and participating in the auctions means acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

§2 Purpose of the Auction

The purpose of the auctions is to support the treatment of Julia Sławińska.

All funds raised through the auctions are transferred exclusively to the official main fundraising campaign of the Siepomaga Foundation for Julia Sławińska (https://www.siepomaga.pl/julia-slawinska), and payments are made via the official fundraising box:
https://www.siepomaga.pl/lotki-psotki-pomagaja-juleczce/

§3 Payments

The Organizer does not accept any payments in the form of bank transfers, BLIK payments, cash, or any other payment methods outside the Siepomaga Foundation.

The only accepted form of payment is a donation made via the official Siepomaga Foundation fundraising box.

Shipping costs are not considered a charitable donation and may be agreed separately between the auction winner and the Organizer or the donor.

§4 Auction Rules

Each auction item includes a description, photos, a starting price, and an auction end date.

The auction starts from the starting price indicated in the description.

Each bid increase must be at least PLN 10.

Bids are placed by posting comments under the auction post.

Each comment must include:

• the bid amount,

• the bidder’s nickname or full name.

The auction is won by the person who places the highest bid before the auction ends.

§5 Auction Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel an auction in the event of insufficient interest, defined as participation by fewer than three bidders.

Auction cancellation does not give rise to any claims against the Organizer.

§6 Auction Completion

After the auction ends, the title of the auction item will be updated to include the nickname of the winning bidder.

The auction winner is required to make the payment of the winning bid amount via the official Siepomaga fundraising box within 24 hours.

Failure to make the payment may result in the cancellation of the win and awarding the item to the next highest bidder.

The winner is required to contact the Organizer to arrange shipping details.

📦 §7 Donating Items for Auction

Individuals who wish to donate items for auction must complete the form available at:
https://form.jotform.com/lotkipsotki/licytacje

The form requires:

• uploading photos of the item,

• providing contact details for shipping arrangements,

• indicating who covers the shipping costs — the donor or the buyer,

• specifying the starting price of the auction.

Providing real personal data is not mandatory — items may be donated anonymously, provided a preferred form of contact is included.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to list an item for auction without providing a reason.

🔐 §8 GDPR & Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided by users (e.g. in comments, forms, or messages) is used solely for:

• conducting the auction,

• contacting winners regarding payment or shipping.

Personal data is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing purposes.

Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

§9 Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions take effect upon publication on the website.

Participation in the auctions constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
